Paula was one of the opening team members for the Chopra Center for Well Being in La Jolla, California, where she deepened her skills in Ayurvedic massage and hands-on healing.  

She has facilitated and taught all levels of Reiki in massage schools and group settings, where she deepened her practice to include spiritual mentoring. 

She serves as the member liaison in the Angels of Abundance Ascension Academy and is one of our Ascension Practitioners. 

Paula is also the host of our Inner Wisdom Circle which meets twice a month.

Paula has been in the healing arts for over 25 years.
