The Third Eye and the Pineal Gland
The Third Eye Chakra and the pineal gland are often spoken of as the same thing, but they are not identical. The Third Eye is the spiritual energy center in your subtle body that opens you to clairvoyance, inner sight, and higher wisdom. The pineal gland is the tiny endocrine gland in the physical brain that serves as its counterpart. You could think of the chakra as the software and the pineal gland as the hardware—together they allow you to perceive and interpret spiritual Light. The chakra acts as a portal, pulling in higher frequencies of truth and vision, while the pineal gland is like a crystalline lens that translates those frequencies into forms your body and awareness can understand.
The pineal itself is a marvel of divine design. It contains microscopic calcite crystals that act like antennas, receiving subtle frequencies much like a radio receiver tuned to higher worlds. While science recognizes its role in regulating sleep and circadian rhythms, spiritually it also governs timeless perception, opening you to past-life memory, future vision, and higher dimensional guidance. In states of devotion or deep Lightbody activation, the pineal secretes a subtle nectar—known in ancient yogic traditions as amrita or soma—that floods the body with sweetness, bliss, and renewal.
I have experienced this union personally. When I channel, I focus my attention through my Third Eye, allowing it to open as a clear lens, while my heart stays connected in Divine union with Mother Mary’s heart. This sacred alignment allows the current of truth to flow through without interference, keeping me grounded, protected, and in service to the Light.
The Emerald Green Ray in the Third Eye doesn’t just help you “see,” it helps you heal by seeing. It turns inner vision into a beam of restoration, abundance, and truth

Archangels Raphael and Mother Mary
Archangels Raphael and Mother Mary are the guardians of your Third Eye Chakra and its expansion. They stand as protectors of your inner vision, surrounding the pineal gland with their emerald-green radiance. Raphael, the Archangel of Healing and Consecration, ensures your Third Eye develops in right timing and with purity, so it will not be distorted by lower energies or opened before you are spiritually prepared. Mother Mary, holding the immaculate concept for your divine vision, enfolds you in her heart flame so that your inner sight always flows in harmony with Divine Love.
The Emerald Green Ray that streams through your Third Eye is not only the Ray of vision but also the Ray of Healing. When you see through this Light, you perceive beyond distortion and illusion and into the Divine Blueprint—the truth of wholeness and perfection that lies beneath appearances. This is why healers often “see” where Light needs to be restored in a body, a relationship, or even a collective situation. Emerald Green also carries the quality of Precipitation, opening your inner sight to abundance and the science of manifestation—seeing spiritual substance before it takes form. And it is the Ray of Illumined Truth, dissolving illusion, confusion, and fear with clarity. To hold anyone or anything in this Light is itself a medicine, because it anchors them back into the truth of who they really are.
Together, Raphael and Mary consecrate your Third Eye to higher service. Whenever your inner vision becomes clouded by distraction, fear, or illusion, you can call on them:
“In the name of my Beloved I AM Presence, I ask Archangels Raphael and Mary to re-consecrate my Third Eye to the Light of Divine Truth.”
Their response is immediate. You may feel a softening in the center of your forehead, a gentle glow behind your brow, or a deepening calm in your heart. With them by your side, your Third Eye becomes not only a center of clairvoyance, but also a channel of healing, truth, and abundance for the world.

Daily Practice:
Connect with Your I AM Presence and activate your Lightbody
Connect with your Beloved I AM Presence, and call in Archangels Raphael and Mother Mary to surround you in the Emerald Green Ray of Healing, Illumined Truth, and Abundance. Anchor yourself deeply into your Earth Star Chakra with Archangel Sandalphon.
Visualize the Emerald Green Ray in your Heart Chakra. On the in-breath, use the sacred infinity sign to move the Ray out of the back of your heart, up your spine, over your head, and down in front of you, returning to the front of your heart. On the out-breath, move it again out of the back of your heart, down your spine, below your feet, and back up the front of your body into your heart. With each breath, expand the size of the infinity sign. Complete 12 full cycles, including all of your expanded chakras.
Come back to settle in your Heart feeling the full expansion of your Lightbody. Breathe normally.
When you are ready move your focused attention into your Third Eye. Visualize the Emerald Green Ray flowing through your Third Eye as a crystal-clear lens, fully consecrated to truth, abundance, and healing.
Now close your eyes and envision a beam of Emerald Green Light streaming through your Third Eye. Imagine it as a crystalline ray, clearing away fog and illusion, while filling you with healing sight. Whisper or tone softly: Hummmm as you breathe the Light through your pineal gland.
Let it fill your body, your day, and your vision with healing, abundance, and truth. This practice attunes your Third Eye daily to the guardianship of Archangels Raphael and Mother Mary.
Complete this daily attunement by asking a simple question, “What do I need to see?” Listen and receive the answer.
