In John 14: 5 & 6, Thomas said to Jesus, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”
I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life. This is a complete formula for getting unstuck.
When Jesus used this statement he wasn’t saying – follow me, because I AM the way, the truth, and the life. He was teaching us to call on the I AM – the divinity within, God in action in you – to activate. Our path to the Father is within each of us.

Take a moment and close your eyes and see the path stretching out in front of you… plain, simple, beautiful, and doable.
See your entire team, your entourage of Angels, Spirit Guides, and Ascended Beings surrounding you and cheering you on.
I AM the Truth
God in action within me is the Truth. Truth is the beginning of all healing.
Scan your life, is there somewhere that you have been holding back from seeing the truth in your life?
If there something that you’ve been avoiding looking at?
Is there a relationship in your life that you haven’t been present for and you’re not speaking your truth?
In the quiet of your room, speak truth now as you’re walking down your path to your true north. You are the Truth.
In the safety of this meditation speak out loud the truth of your heart. Remember the truth always sets you free.
None of us can hide any longer from the truth of our lives. The good news is as we speak into truth we are healed and set free to live a life of freedom and joy.
